Crunches- Lie down on the floor with arms in front of the chest. Slowly bend your knees. With the help of your abdominal muscles, try to raise your shoulders towards the knees. If you are a beginner, you can repeat this fitness routine for five-ten times. Increase your reps as you build strength and become comfortable. Remember to stop in case you experience any sharp pain.

Leg lifts- Lie down on the floor and lift the legs in an upward direction (avoid bending your knees) until they are at ninety degree. Hold on few seconds and slowly lower down the legs. Repeat it for few times.
